The Family-run Caravan and Holiday Home Park is situated just south of Skelmorlie on the hill overlooking the Firth of Clyde, behind Skelmorlie Castle, ½ a mile above the main A78 within a working farm. The town of Largs is 4 miles to the South and the Railway Station and Pier at Wemyss Bay are 2 miles to the North. Skelmorlie is centrally placed for ferries to the Islands, as a halt on your journey North or South, and as a base for discovering the West Coast of Scotland. Sailing, water sports, golf, swimming, ice skating etc., and entertainment are all available locally as well as natural and historical places to visit. Reception for sales, information, Calor and camping gas, and telephone are centrally located in the main farm buildings. Facilities for divers and sailors are available at Largs and Kip Marinas locally. |
